Dr. Chloe Brittenham studies visual perception and attention in neurodivergent populations, with a focus on autism. She employs objective measures such as eye-tracking, pupillometry, and electrophysiology to investigate hierarchical visual processing differences and excitation-inhibition patterns in autism. Dr. Brittenham earned her PhD in Psychology from the Cognition, Language, and Development program at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York in 2024. Her research spans diverse age groups, including infants, children, and adults. Dr. Brittenham is also a licensed and board-certified Behavior Analyst and continues to work directly with autistic children and their families. Her work aims to leverage attentional strengths in autism while fostering a deeper understanding and respect for neurodivergence.
