Dr. Theo Vanneau studied at the University of Paris and obtained his PhD in 2023. He explores neuronal oscillations in people with autism. The aim is to leverage the potential of altered neuro-oscillatory processing in autism to develop a clinically tractable tool that can be reasonably deployed to serve as an objective outcome measure(s), against which the efficacy of a given therapeutic intervention can be measured, and autism risk can be assessed. This is made possible by the analysis of neuronal oscillations recorded with high-density electroencephalographic under several conditions that reproduce different aspects of daily life.
