Program Administrator
Rachel is responsible for a wide array of administrative duties that relate to the lab’s multidisciplinary translational research program.
She received a B.A. in Sociology from Indiana University, Bloomington and then worked in both direct service and administrative roles with a wide variety of nonprofits whose focuses have included sexual assault and domestic violence, incarcerated women and their children, scientific policy, and animal rescue. She also tried her hand at freelance web design / development.
In her free time she helps stray and feral
cats in NYC and Westchester through
TNR (trap, neuter, return), as well as
providing support to home friendlies
and care for sick/injured cats.
